Navigation Material Movements is a wireless inventory barcoding tracking system that allows customers to track and trace material movements throughout the plant / process using wireless barcode terminals or PC's. Functions provided include product labeling, receiving of goods from vendors, transfer between locations or zones, picking and staging for production, production receipts, issues and adjustments, and picking for shipping. All transactions are date and time stamped, a full audit trail of each transaction is maintained.
Transactions are integrated with the ERP system for example SAP, PRISM, PROTEAN, MAPICS, BPCS in real time so that management has full visibility of all activity on the shop floor.
Navigation Material Movements was developed to GAMP guidelines, is 21 CFR Part 11 compliant and has been implemented and validated in many regulated sites worldwide.
